Here's the recipe for the Peanut Butter Power snack from Deborah Enos, C.N.

Ingredients:
1 cup of uncooked oats
¾ cup of creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
½ cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of Barleans Chia, Flax & Coconut blend
¼ cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and use your hands to mix (great project for your kids).
This “protein power” is a good protein, fiber and omega-3 source. Sprinkle over Greek yogurt, fruit or alone; it’s a delicious way to introduce your kids to Flaxseed and Chia seeds.
