84-year-old who disappeared from bed found

James Minish is missing near Port Townsend.

PORT TOWNSEND — Police and family members found an 84-year-old man with dementia who went missing from his bed Monday morning.

According to the Port Townsend Police Deparment, James Minish went missing from his home at 631 Cass Street in Port Townsend sometime between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 a.m. Monday. Minish’s wife awoke from his bead to find him gone, officials said.

He was found sometime early Monday.
