FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES June 20, 2014 -- Convicted child rapist, Daniel Lloyd, is running under the radar in the Tri-Cities. He's failing to register as a sex offender, and is also a high-violent offender who's breaking probation in Benton County for assault and drugs. Department of Corrections officers in the Tri-Cities say Lloyd is extremely dangerous and has been in and out of prison since he committed his first felony 14 years ago. Officers say he's a threat to anyone he's around, and along with his sex crimes, has a long history of drug abuse, escape from community custody, breaking domestic violence protection orders, and obstructing law enforcement.

Take a look at the tattoos he's inked with that could help you spot him, including a cartoon-looking skull with the word "bones" on his right arm, an electric guitar on his right forearm, and an Iron Cross on his right elbow.
