SEATTLE — Levitas Studio just opened in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, offering AntiGravity yoga classes to people of all levels.

This yoga uses hammocks suspended from the ceiling, and owner Samantha says it minimizes the strain on your back and allows people to do poses they normally wouldn’t be able to  on the ground.

Levitas also offers restorative yoga, men’s-specific instruction, and even hip-hop flow classes!
