PORT ORCHARD — Police caught a man accused of robbing a woman at the ferry terminal in Bremerton, but not the traditional way.

The suspect sent her a friend request on Facebook, according to court documents obtained by the Kitsap Sun.

The victim told police she was struck in the back of the head while listening to headphones Tuesday afternoon. The Kitsap Sun reports the suspect grabbed her iPod and purse and took off. The suspect told investigators she noticed a triangle tattoo on his neck.

The woman called police on Wednesday after she got a friend request on Facebook from a man with the same neck tattoo, the newspaper reported. The suspect likely found her name on the woman’s ID card.

Police confirmed the account was registered to the suspect and charged the 28-year-old with second-degree robbery.

Stupid is as Stupid does, so the guy strong arm robs her then thinks he can try to get acquainted with her?
I would be LMAO if I didn't think his next move wouldn't bring further harm to his victim.

People don't pay any attention to what's going on around them anymore, it's ipods, music, games and texting all the time; it's became like Wallee the movie. The thugs know this, they're called Apple pickers when they steal your iphone right out of your hand while you'r zoned out to reality.
