The Northwest Folklife Festival kicks off Memorial Day Weekend with more than 5,000 performers from all sorts of genres! Kaci tries Bollywood with local dancers to showcase the festival’s cultural focus this year: India and its people. (VIDEO ABOVE)

Kids can check out the Discovery Zone and learn how to jump rope from a professional — Rene Bibaud. She’s performed with Cirque du Soleil, and created RopeWorks, a company that focuses on teaching rope jumping for fun and fitness. (VIDEO ABOVE)
