MISSOULA, Mont. — The bar has definitely been raised for marriage proposals.

On September 30th, 2010, Jack Hyer and Rebecca Strellnauer went on their first date.

Hyer says in the video that the first date went so well he knew he would marry this girl.

The couple graduated from the University of Montana last week. He tricked his girlfriend into thinking they were going to watch a “graduation slideshow,” but instead he showed her the incredible video.

When the video finished, Hyer said, “I’ve been on many adventures. I’ve traveled on elephant, on camelback, hiked to the lowest point on the earth and I’ve gotten to see some of the highest,” he said after the video finished. “But the best adventure I’ve had is loving Becca.”

He proposed and she said yes!
