ROUND ROCK, TX (May 21, 2014) – A Texas teen faces life in prison after he allegedly mixed hash oil along with marijuana in a batch of pot brownies.

Jacob Lavoro, 19, faces a felony charge and five years to life in prison as punishment after cops busted him last month with a pound of weed, 1.5 pounds of the brownies, and 145 grams of hash oil.

Because he used hash oil in the brownies, prosecutors can aggregate the total weight of the treats in the charge, including the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa.

Solid weed would have meant a misdemeanor.

The former high school football player has an entirely clean record prior to his current charge.

Prosecutors are currently weighing charges.

He should be free to be left alone,it's called freedom from government, but the democrats need to feed the beast, they need criminals to kick around. They love to use aggressive use of force against people this is why the used military tanks and machine guns to go after cattle herders, and are now arming the UDSA with stand off and fight sub-machine guns, they need to imprison the people.

It’s people like you, Joe with your critical talking points, ( supplied by fox news ), who’s cheese has slipped off the cracker, so the interwebs now can enjoy your parroting …. forget it you will never get it…

If I was on the jury in the case, I would definitely vote 'Not Guilty' just to protect this sort of nonsense. No wonder our prisons are overcrowded. Who was he hurting compared to armed robbers, rapists, child molesters who do NOT get a 'life sentence'??
