cabbieSENTENCING UPDATE May 13, 2014 —
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says Cabbie Baruth was sentenced last month to 43 months in prison.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says it was a domestic violence call that put Spokane police on the doorstep where missing sex offender, Cabbie Baruth, was hiding out.

Officers say Baruth was high on meth and uncooperative.

He was booked into jail for drug possession, domestic violence assault, and failure to register as a sex offender.

The Sheriff’s Office says Baruth has already been convicted of that domestic violence crime that got him caught, and behind bars for it right now.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY Feb. 15, 2013 – Cabbie Baruth, a convicted child molester, is running under the radar and officials in Spokane County are looking for him.

Baruth is 32, he’s usually bald and is known to wear glasses. He’s also inked with a ton of tattoos all over his body, including the name “Leona” on the right side of his neck,  “Cabby” on his back and “Chicken Head” on his leg — a derogatory term for women — so it seems he doesn’t have a lot of respect for the ladies.
