SEATTLE — Rainy and gusty through Thursday. There will be nice breaks from the stormy weather but plan on heavy rain and some strong winds. Temperatures will be very mild.

The heaviest rain will be Wednesday night and again Thursday evening. Expect standing water on the roads. The winds will jump to 40 mph at times. Rivers will run high and fast.

Friday will be nice, enjoy.

A little weekend rain but next week I have nice spring weather on tap with our first 70s of the year.
