A Winter Weather Advisory continues for part of the state

A warm front will push into Western Washington tomorrow. The leading edge of this system will arrive this evening and will start as flurries or light snow in some areas. The weather Service in Seattle has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 4am for Olympia south through Lewis County. 1”-3” of snow is possible in those areas by morning. There is also a slight chance of a light dusting of snow in the Seattle area and even in the North Sound overnight.

By tomorrow afternoon, warmer air will filter into the state and temps will climb into the lower 40s. Expect scattered showers and windy conditions on the coast.

Temperatures will hover near 50 degrees for a high next week and in the upper 30s for overnight lows.
