WMW viewer tips help track down fugitive riding moped; hiding in mobile home

allaireFUGITIVE CAPTURED Jan. 31, 2014 -- The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force captured wanted felon, Paul Allaire, in the Machias area of Snohomish County on Friday night, based off WMW viewer tips called into Crime Stoppers. Deputies also arrested four other people for obstructing, because they wouldn't open the door to the mobile home Allaire was hiding in. The task force spotted him going inside it after driving up on a moped. WANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY Jan. 17, 2014 -- The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force is on the hunt for a fugitive who's been breaking the law for more than 30 years. Deputies say Paul Allaire has racked up a huge rap sheet since 1983 -- and it's all directly related to his decades-long drug habit. His busts include burglary, theft, criminal impersonation, and gun crimes like possession of a stolen firearm -- the conviction he's wanted for breaking probation on now. He's 48 years old, 6-foot-1, 210 pounds. The task force says he was last known to be in the Everett/Snohomish County area.
