Calling all 12s! Seahawks fan rally next Wednesday

SEATTLE - Calling all Seahawks fans!  A fan rally is coming to the Seattle Center on Wednesday, January 29th, the Seattle Seahawks announced on Saturday.   The rally begins at 11:15 a.m. and fans will be joined by Mayor Ed Murray, members of the Sea Gals, Blue Thunder, Blitz and Seahawks alumni.  The rally will be at Fisher Pavilion and South Fountain Lawn of the Seattle Center.

The Seahawks said in a press release:

A live online video stream of the rally will be available on the Seahawks.com.

Immediately following the rally, the Space Needle is calling all Seahawks fans to participate in the "From the Needle to New Jersey" flag signing and relay.

The 25' x 35' flag, flown atop the Space Needle for every playoff run that the team has made in recent years, will be put on display for all Seahawks fans to sign their well wishes to the team from 12:30-3:30 p.m.

Fans will be able to follow the journey every step of the way via Space Needle social media channels including their Facebook page and #NeedletoNJ

In addition, the Seattle Center will provide free round trip transportation on the Seattle Center Monorail from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all fans wearing Seahawks apparel.  For more information visit Seahawks.com
