The Department of Corrections says Theo Loggins was arrested on Sunday.

Theo Loggins has a long history of theft, carrying illegal guns and abusing his loved ones.

Recently, officers said 23-year-old Loggins attacked his girlfriend while she was holding her child. In this domestic violence incident, Loggins allegedly pinned her to the bed and choked her. Luckily, the girlfriend managed to call her cousin who came running to help.

Emily Isaacs of the DOC said Loggins is indeed a bad man.

“He heard her screaming from inside,” Isaacs said. “When police arrived, they found her hysterical with bruises and cuts.”

Loggins is 6’1″ and nearly 200 pounds. He is covered in scars and tattoos. On his arm, he has the name Madison tattooed in ink. He also has the words “we are blessed” tattooed on his chest. He is also missing four toes on his right foot.
