Gray but mostly dry forecast through New Year’s

SEATTLE — The overall picture calls for dry weather through the first weekend of 2014. There will be a few passing showers and some foggy mist but most of the time it’ll be dry.


The wettest period will be Thursday night. The fog will be dense each night and morning.

The forecast for the New Year celebrations looks pretty good. Dry and mild. Midnight temperature will be around 44 degrees

A little colder weather arrives over the weekend but there will be some sunshine too.
