Pet warning: Man tosses meat filled with glass over fence



SPOKANE -- The Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is on the lookout for a man who allegedly threw meat filled with glass over the fences of two different properties in the Spokane Valley.

This happened on Dec. 19th, near the corner of Vista and Buckeye.

A witness described the suspect as a white male in his 50s, bald, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing about 250 pounds and wearing a grey jacket.

Intentional harm of an animal is a class C felony. The maximum sentence is five years, and/or a $5,000 fine.
