HEALTHY PUMPKIN BARS:

1 C canned pumpkin puree

1/2 C maple syrup

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 C coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry.

Bake for 30-35 min in an 8x8 pan at 350.
