Retail sites offering longer ‘Cyber Monday’ deals
SEATTLE – Cyber Monday is here, and this year it’s lasting all week. Not only can online shoppers score great deals today, companies like Amazon, Target and WalMart are extending their web-only savings through next weekend.
WalMart says it will offer 200 deals on its website each day through Friday, plus free shipping on all orders over $35.
Not to be outdone, Amazon is promising new deals as often as every ten minutes through Saturday, along with free shipping on ‘eligible orders’ of $35 or more.
Last year, Cyber Monday was the biggest day for online sales in history. Economists predict double digit growth over that this Monday.
