Seattle Marathon draws thousands, shuts down numerous streets

SEATTLE - The Amica Seattle Marathon got underway Sunday morning bringing out thousands of runners, and shutting down numerous streets, including the Interstate 90 express lanes on the Lake Washington floating bridge.  The race starts and finishes at 5th Avenue and Harrison Street, next to the Seattle Center.  The course winds through downtown Seattle, along the shores of Lake Washington, through the Arboretum and back to the Seattle Center.
