Halloween Heist: Seattle Police patrol officers arrest bank robber wearing scary 'Scream' mask

SCREAMCAPTURED IN SEATTLE October 25, 2013 -- Halloween came early for the bank robber who wore a scary 'Scream' mask for his heist on Friday. It didn't take long for Seattle Police patrol officers to arrest the suspect after he hit the Wells Fargo bank inside the Safeway on Queen Anne. During the robbery, detectives say he told the teller he had gun, jumped over the counter, demanded money, then took of with it. Officers and Robbery Detectives quickly arrived in the area and set up containment. The suspect was located in his vehicle at Taylor Av N and N. Mercer St. He was arrested without incident.
