Violent Bellingham Riot: Police need names of people in photos

RIOT newWANTED IN BELLINGHAM -- After a riot in the streets, Bellingham police are taking action. They've released photos of people who took part in last weekend's mayhem, and put their faces on the crime-fighting website, CANYOUID.ME Right now there's nearly a dozen photos of people police are looking to identify, after the crowd at a party began ripping out stop signs -- even attacking police. Several people have been arrested, but Bellingham police still need the names of these people in the photos. "I have never ever seen such a violent crowd directing bottles, rocks, and cinder blocks at police officers,” said Bellingham Police Lt. Rick Sucee. Lifelong residents of Bellingham call the violence "disheartening.” Police say the rioters did close to $5,000 in damage to their patrol cars.
