Dense fog with some clear periods for next several days

SEATTLE -- Dry weather continues. Dense fog continues across the metro area.  The visibility may get down to 300 feet. The hills above 1,000 feet will be clear through the weekend.

Starting Sunday and lasting through Tuesday, we get a break from the fog. A strong north wind will clean up the fog, leaving us with clear skies. That will make us cold at night with the first freeze of the season coming our way Monday morning.

It has been dry for 11 days and I’d expect it to be dry through the end of the month, including a dry Halloween.
