SEATTLE — The dry weather continues.

We have not had rain in 10 days. I don’t expect any real threat of rain through the end of the month. That means September had over four times as much rain as October this year. That is very strange.

October is the foggiest month of the year and it is no different this year. The night and morning fog continues through this weekend. Most of the lowlands stay in the fog all day, but sun breaks will be common each afternoon. The areas with the most sun will still be the beach and mountains. Next week looks a little better in terms of less fog and it still looks dry for the trick-or-treaters.
