James Bowers: 'Domestic Violence Crackdown' fugitive wanted in Snohomish County

bowersWANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY -- Washington’s Most Wanted’s month-long ‘Domestic Violence Crackdown’ continues -- with the hunt for James Bowers. He has arrests for rape, assault, kidnapping and domestic violence ‘no contact order’ violations. WMW host David Rose rolled out with Snohomish County Violent Offender task force recently to look for him. Bowers has a felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender – busted for an assault with sexual motivation. He also has a no-bail misdemeanor warrant for violation of a DV ‘no contact order.’ The Task Force found Bower's dad and talked with him but he said his son was out of state. Officers say that's probably not true, and Bowers could be hiding out in the Tacoma area, or somewhere in Snohomish County. James Bowers is 35 years old and has tattoos on the inside of both forearms.
