Female pedestrian struck, killed in Port Angeles; driver arrested for possible DUI

PORT ANGELES -- A female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed while crossing U.S. 101 in Port Angeles Monday night, and the female driver was arrested for investigation of possible DUI vehicular homicide, the Washington State Patrol said.

The victim was struck near Delguzzi Street, the State Patrol said.

No other information was immediately available.
