Mullan signed a plea deal with King County prosecutors Thursday morning. Prosecutors said Mullan’s sentence includes a 24-month enhancement stemming from prior DUI convictions. Mullan was already on probation from a Dec. 25, 2012 DUI arrest at the time of the accident.

Many of those present, including Mullan, cried in the courtroom.
