4-car crash injures 3 in Tacoma

TACOMA — Fire department crews responded to a four-car collision on South I Street and South 19th Street Thursday afternoon. Three people were transported to the hospital.

The Tacoma fire department reported that when crews arrived on the scene, they found two cars had collided head-on, and another car landed on its top on top of a parked car about 100 feet down I Street.

Police are investigating what caused the multiple accidents.

The condition of the injured is not known at this time.

    "Police are investigating what caused the multiple accidents." It wouldn't surprise me a bit if speed and idiotic, arrogant driving were responsible. I drive a commercial vehicle in that area and I can't believe the stupid arrogance of some of the drivers there. (kinda like I5 in Seattle area).
