CAPTURE UPDATE October 26, 2015 —
The Department of Corrections says Rachel Moore was arrested in Yakima over the weekend on her DOC Escape warrant.

Brian Colvin is still wanted.

FUGITIVES WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES September 20, 2015 —
“Outlaw” is one of the many tattoos Tri-Cities fugitive, Brian Colvin, is inked with. He also has the name “Cassandra” on his neck.

Colvin is a High-Violent Offender we featured for being wanted in Benton County and by the Department of Corrections in 2013.

He’s wanted by the DOC again for breaking probation on two felony drug convictions.

Officers say he’s heavy into meth and gangs and has a ton of violent convictions on his rap sheet.

They think he could be on the run with his fugitive girlfriend, Rachel Moore, who’s wanted by the DOC after ditching drug treatment and on probation for assault and two felony drug convictions.
