Seattle's traffic signals in bad shape

SEATTLE – New analysis from the Seattle Department of Transportation says its traffic signals are in bad shape city-wide.

Citing ‘significant resource constraints,’ SDOT’s report says repairs to aging infrastructure are basically Band-Aid fixes.

The report says the city could be at an increased liability risk for failing to reduce congestion, delays, and perhaps traffic accidents.
