Apartment burglars use dog; 'tailgating' technique to sneak inside

kirklWANTED IN KIRKLAND -- Exclusive surveillance video shows the thieves who ripped off a Kirkland apartment complex. They used a tactic called "tailgating" to get into the secure complex. It happened around midnight June 16.They nonchalantly follow two women into the locked apartment complex on 119th Way -- one guy has a dog, the other is pigeon-toed. Once they got in, they broke into a locked storage unit and stole a lot of expensive things inside. Then, they stole a 1988 Jeep Cherokee.
