Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force snags evasive fugitive; accused 'fake cop' robber

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 13, 2013 -- The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force says, "third time's a charm", after capturing Timothy Lussier on Tuesday afternoon. He was arrested in Marysville, after the Task Force says he tried escaping from them -- again -- this time on a bicycle. The Task Force had attempted to arrest Lussier on two previous occasions. Lussier has several outstanding felony warrants, including assault, unlawful possession of firearms and possession of stolen property. He's also accused of acting like a cop when he and another guy robbed a tobacco store in Everett earlier this year.
