FUGITIVE WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY August 9, 2013 -- A level three sex offender -- the worst of the worst and highest risk to re-offend -- has gone off the grid in Pierce County. Cops say convicted rapist, William Manus, has a long criminal history and is a really bad guy. "The danger of having registered sex offenders who've been convicted of rape multiple times, and robbery, and drugs, and a whole host of other crimes, is that you know they're still out doing it," says Pierce County Det.
