    The report and prosecutor left out a little information on the use of deadly force.
    In Washington State the force used must be necessary and reasonable and in deadly force it must also contain a belief of imminent threat of life or limb but it does not have to be actual danger.

    Use of Deadly Force is a last resort when nothing else will stop the threat.
