Youth fight leads to stabbing

MOSES LAKE, Wash -- Grant County sheriff’s detectives are looking for three Moses Lake youth they believe are responsible for stabbing another youth Tuesday night.

According to the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Dahandre Westwood, 14, Travis Stotts, 17, and Victor Mejia were confronted by three other youth around 11:20 p.m. near Arlington Drive and Lowry Drive in Moses Lake. The two groups got into a fight and a 16-year-old boy was stabbed several times. Police were called to the scene and the boy was taken to Samaritan Hospital where he underwent surgery. He was listed in stable condition Wednesday morning.

Sheriff's deputies are searching for the youth, who allegedly ran off after the fight. Westwood is black, weighs 160 pounds and is 5'8". Stotts is white, 5'5" and 205 pounds. Mejia is 5'6" and  is 205 pounds. His photo was not available at the time of publishing.

Police said the three are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on their wherabouts is encouraged to call 911.
