Hometown heroes plan Seattle shows

Pearl_JamSEATTLE – Two hometown heroes will bring their acts to Seattle this December

Iconic grunge band Pearl Jam announced Tuesday they are hitting hitting the road for a North American tour.

The 24-show tour kicks off in Pittsburg on October 11. After the East Coast shows, the band will head west, playing in Portland on November 29, followed by Spokane on November 30.On December 4, they have a show in Vancouver, B.C. Pearl Jam will fittingly wrap up the tour here in Seattle, with the final show on December 6 at KeyArena.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, July 27.

Also on Tuesday, hip-hop artist Macklemore announced he is adding a third and final show to his Seattle stop. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will now play Dec. 10, 11 and 12 at KeyArena. Tickets are available on their website.

    I sure hope that these guys are not into Satanism and possessed by demons like Kurt Cobain was. I don't want to see anymore musicians blow their heads off with 12 gauge shotguns.
