Cooling down, but still sunny

Cooler air is about to visit Western Washington. The morning clouds will linger into the late morning and early afternoon for the next couple of days dropping highs to 70 by Thursday. Scattered showers move into the forecast on Friday, especially for the coast and mountains.

Saturday will start a transition back to more summer time weather. Under the guard of high pressure,  sunny skies will return taking highs back to 80 by Sunday.

The pollen count will be low for the next couple of day, by the way. It start to climb into the “low-medium” range again this weekend.
