Nice weekend

SEATTLE -- Today typically marks the unofficial start to the summer season around here, but this year Mother Nature bumped our summertime up early.

After near record-breaking temperatures earlier this week, we are finally cooling down. Weekend temps will spike temporarily, reaching close to 80 degrees. Our morning clouds will clear a little sooner and allow the heat of the sun to warm us up.

Western Washington will stay above average in terms of temps until the middle of next week. We should be cooling into the mid 70s by Wednesday, but no rain in sight for now.
