Americans not yet sold on health care law

WASHINGTON -- The nation's health care overhaul is just months from taking full effect.

But a new poll suggests Americans aren't quite sold on President Obama's plan.

According to an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, 49 percent of Americans think the Affordable Health Care Act is a bad idea, the highest number since polling began in 2009.

Thirty-seven percent of Americans think the plan is a good idea.

Among the worries, 38 percent of those polled think they will be worse off under the new law, compared to 19 percent who think they will be better off.

According to NBC News, 39 percent say the new law won't make much of a difference on their lives one way or the other.
