SEATTLE — The winners in the Washington State High School Photography 2013 competition have been announced, along with this year’s exhibit schedule. If you’re interested in an up-close look at these photographs, they are headed out on a one-year tour and will be featured in exhibits at the Photographic Center in July, the Tacoma Art Museum in September and the Seattle Art Museum in December.
