Seattle is off to the driest start for May on record! The first 10 days have offered dry conditions and in most cases, highs well about the 63 degree normal. But this streak is about to come to an end.
An approaching cool front will increase clouds by later afternoon and evening tomorrow. Highs will manage to hit the mid and upper 70s, however. By Mother’s Day, scattered showers will arrive with temperatures cooled into the upper 60s. Isolated rainfall continues until about Tuesday as temps drop a little more each day. Models have Western Washington warming back up with sunny skies and dry weather by mid-week.
