Runaway or abducted? Many kids go missing every day

Crime-Scene-TapeSeattle – Every 40 seconds a child goes missing in the United States. Did they run away or were they kidnapped?

That is the question law enforcement deals with in every missing child case. After the latest discovery of three girls in Ohio, some wonder if many cases across the country have been mislabeled as runaways.

Tonight at Q13 Fox News we speak with a local private investigator who is helping to track missing kids in the Washington area.

Shellee Hale, president of Camandago, says she is getting more calls seeking help ever since have the Ohio story made national headlines. She says local parents of missing kids wonder if their child was kidnapped and now being held captive somewhere.
