WANTED IN SPOKANE VALLEY March 1,2013 -- There's an accused shooter on the run in Spokane Valley, after cops say convicted felon, Terrance Jones, turned the parking lot of an arts and crafts store -- into a shooting gallery. Detectives say it all started when the black car Jones was in, got into it with the eventual shooting targets in another car.
