FUGITIVE WANTED IN LAKEWOOD Nov. 30, 2012 -- A brawl between brothers ends with bullets - and one sibling - the accused triggerman. Lakewood police say it was all over a woman - the ex-girlfriend of fugitive, Dominic Johnson, who was now dating his brother. Cops say the two were sitting in a car outside an apartment on Kline St. SW in May, when Johnson showed up, told his brother to get out, started fighting with him, then pulled out a gun and fired off two shots that hit the car. One bullet struck the front fender. The other skipped off the hood, but no one was hit. Detectives say Johnson took off in a Honda civic, and hasn't been seen since. “We're treating him as an ‘armed and dangerous’ fugitive,” says Lakewood Lt. Chris Lawler. “We've even put out a bulletin that says he is. If he's willing to fire at family, who knows how desperate he is. He knows we're looking for him, but I’m pretty confident if the public helps us out on this, we're going to catch him.” Johnson is also wanted by Lakewood police for a drug crime.
