Heart health is important for all of us. In fact, according to the American Heart Association, heart disease kills more women than all cancers combined.

Friday was ‘Wear Red Day’ for the AMA to help promote awareness and educate all of us on the important of living a heart healthy life.

We talked to cardiac nurse Diane Osborn from Virginia Mason about some of the important tests that all of us, men or women, need to have during the different periods of our life and why they are so vital.
