walker anderson cropWhen people ask me what it is I do for a living, I am compelled to tell them I’m a visual storyteller. For the past 10 years I have been doing just that — telling visual and creative stories. I have worked on stories ranging from local muralists to following my friend and Q13 anchor Bill Wixey through his fight with cancer. I have a love of photography and storytelling and I’ve also been nominated three times for an Emmy and have garnered one Emmy win.

I grew up in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood, making the Central District and Capitol Hill my childhood playgrounds. In addition to living in Seattle, I spent eight years living and covering news Central and Eastern Washington. I am very happy to be back in Seattle where I am able to tell stories of the community to my neighbors.

I look forward to seeing you out there.
