I joined Q13 Fox News as “This Morning” co-anchor and breaking news reporter in June 2011. My wife, Ava,  and our 1-year-old son Wes are thrilled to make Seattle home – we think its truly one of the most beautiful, culturally vibrant cities in the world.
An Emmy-award winning journalist, I’m a jack-of-all trades, from covering the unrest in the Middle East to the Susan Cox Powell tragedy to what’s a good barbecue recipe for tailgating.
While news has always been my first love, I’ve also hosted HGTV’s “Weekend Warriors,” “Battle Dome” and “E! News Daily.” I’ve also had numerous cameo roles as a reporter on the TV shows “The Practice,” “Roswell” and “The X-Files.”

I’m known around the newsroom for… Being the “King of the Flashcam,” the breaking news camera.

What keeps me going… A strong cup of coffee at 3 a.m. that would make a snail run faster than Usain Bolt.

I give back to my community by… Mentoring young kids about not smoking – both my parents were smokers and they died because of it. I also volunteer during enviromental disasters – the BP oil disaster in the Gulf was one of the most heartbreaking events I’ve ever experienced.

My greatest TV moment.. Covering the OJ Trial for E! Entertainment.
