Seattle's Homeless Crisis: Are tiny houses the answer?

SEATTLE-- One of the root causes for our region's homeless crisis is something we all feel: a lack of affordable housing. That's one reason why Seattle can't seem to break the cycle of homelessness. It's something we see every day in the form of tent cities. Some are legal-- most are not. Now there's a new move to replace the tents with "tiny houses". They're converted sheds that give people a dry roof over their heads. We wanted to know if these tiny houses are, in fact, Seattle's new form of affordable housing. We sent Tim Joyce to a several tiny house villages to find out more, watch the segment here:
