Benton County Sheriff's deputies and Prosser Police arrested Christopher Hill Monday night after spotting him at the Chevron Gas Station in Prosser. It appears he was headed out of the area. Instead, he was taken to the Benton County jail.

Hill escaped from a work crew last Wednesday. He was serving time for breaking probation on a felony meth bust. He will now face new charges related to his escape. DOC officers say he’s a prolific car prowler and burglar who has run from the law before — even hurting a police K9 during a chase.
