SEATTLE — The top holiday toys this year all seem to have one thing in common — technology.
Like the Hatchimals, a self-hatching interactive pet, or Barbie’s new dream house that connects to WiFi and responds to voice commands.
But what if you want those toys from Santa to come with more educational value?
Q13 News reporter John Hopperstad had kids test out some of those toys at the Goddard School in Snoqualmie, and he shows us the preschoolers had no trouble picking their favorites.
Most of the toys are between $20-30. But the most popular among kids — the Generation Board by John Deere.
Here’s a list of educational gifts sure to make your child happy this year:
- Magnutto Make A Mood — $25
- Puppy Up — $20
- Action Stackers — $20
- Brackitz — $20
- Rondo Vario — $20
- The Activity Cube by VTech — $40
- The musical gator by Alex — $30
