MUKILTEO, Wash. — A 21-year-old man from Langley, Wash. has been booked on four counts of investigation of indecent exposure.

Mukilteo police say Chase Everett Collins exposed himself to four juveniles on December 8, 2016.

The incidents occurred in 10200 block of 62nd Pl W, 5800 block of Central Drive, and the 11100 block of Chennault Beach Road.

One victim reported that Collins was driving a beige or tan four-door vehicle and following her closely as she walked down the road. She told police the driver of the vehicle pulled next to her and asked a question. When she approached the vehicle to respond, she saw that he was exposing himself.

On the same day, Mukilteo officers responded to three additional indecent exposure incidents.

Collins was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Police Chief Cheol Kang said, “Thanks to the immediate action taken by the victims and witnesses, the suspect and associated vehicle were properly identified. I’d especially like to thank our law enforcement partners with the Lynnwood Police Department who helped us to locate and arrest the suspect.”
